Q: How is a scan performed in person?

A: During a CyberScan, the client places his/her hand on an electro-sensor that overlays a tesla coil within the CyberScan. The machine captures a “digital fingerprint”, which is saved and used for the assessments and biofeedback.

 

Q: How is a scan performed remotely?

A: A remote CyberScan requires a saliva or hair sample. When you prepay your scan on Green Health Cube, you will be sent a glass tube automatically. Shipping charge will be applied.

 

Q: How do I collect the saliva or hair?

A:  For hair, try to take hair from as close to scalp as possible or from a clean hair brush. If you color your hair, please use saliva. Do not use anything except clean, clear glass containers for sending saliva and/or hair samples for the most accurate input. For saliva, take the sample anytime of day, at least 10 minutes away from food and drink. Rinse mouth out with clean water. To stimulate saliva wiggle tongue or rub cheeks. Allow saliva to collect in mouth without swallowing before first spit. Fill up the sample tube 1/8 of the way.  Use a toothpick or straw to fill the tube if extra assistance is needed. Tightly close container and place in biohazard or ziplock bag, securing tightly. Use secure mailing materials to protect glass tube. Write client’s name and date of birth as well as practitioner’s name on bag, not on the glass container.

Remote scans are performed during office hours within 24-48 hours of sample receipt. If you do not book a review appointment, your scan report will be sent to the email associated with the scan order, with biofeedback and eecard mailed to the address provided.

 

Q: How do I receive my biofeedback treatment and eeCard?

A: Your biofeedback is included with your scan and can be picked up or shipped to you. Not all scans come with remedies and eeCards.
